Kendall has been drafting home plans in the Topeka area for over 25 years. A 1997 graduate of KATS (now Washburn Institute of Technology) and Washburn University, he spent 15 years as a technical draftsman for local architectural and engineering firms — working on civil, structural, and electrical/mechanical drawings, and seeing projects through from initial survey to final punch-list.

Kendall married his wife, Mariela, in Argentina in 2001, and the two have called Topeka home ever since, raising three children together. K&M House Plans is truly family-run — Kendall handles the client work and drafting, with Mariela's design eye shaping the plans behind the scenes.
